ENGINEERING & CNC PROGRAMMING

• CNC Programming and Design utilizing CAD/CAM software operating in Microsoft Windows 95 and Windows NT environments.
• Design software capability to create 2-through 5-axis Geometry and NC programs allowing us to produce high-quality parts quickly and accurately.
• ISDN dedicated line Internet access allowing us to receive and transmit electronic data in large volume, including Zip files. Current uses include links with Boeing (REDARS), Cessna, and Northrop.

• Automated CMM equipped with PC DMIS Curves & Surfaces software upgrade enabling direct comparisons to electronic models or if needed, creating a reverse engineered model.

• Plant-wide LAN Intra-net system with manufacturing database software allowing us to provide our customers with an immediate response to current job status as well as the ability to make instant changes on in-production jobs when needed to meet customer requirements.
